The Nitty Gritty

We are looking for an amazing addition to our established team.

We currently have full-time and part-time positions available.

  • £25,300 - £27,000 (per annum pro rata based on full time working 40hrs)

  • Comprehensive Training and Probation Period.

  • 28 days paid annual leave (based on FT equivalent).

  • Leave entitlement increases with length of service.

  • Occupational Pension Scheme

  • Statutory Sick Pay

  • Employers pay for PVG membership/ updates

  • 8 weekly Rota, based on staffs indicated preferred hours and availability

  • Shifts are made up of a mix of day and night shifts distributed across the team

  • “Weekend working” distributed throughout the team to allow for better work / life balance

  • Grant has his own car which Team members will be required to drive

  • Fitness is required; Grant can be very energetic

  • A good grasp of mental arithmetic and confident written work is essential

  • No experience necessary; all training provided

  • Location: West Kilbride, North Ayrshire
